No. Day1Keeper is a web app: open app.day1keeper.com and tap "Add to Home Screen" (iPhone, Safari) or "Install app" (Android, Chrome) and it works like any other app.
You can view what was loaded before and log events to send later (except health data and entries with an amount, which need a connection).
Once a day at a time you choose (8 AM by default), only when something needs looking after — like "3 things to look after today". On iPhone, add the app to your home screen first. Health reminders never show names on the lock screen.
Yes. Invite people to view or help log, item by item. They only see what you share.
Only when you tap "Scan receipt" and agree. It uses a paid service that does not train on your data, and it is never used for health data.
